In my opinion, Que Huong makes the best vietnamese pancake (Banh Xeo)! It is a must try and one of their popular dishes, closely followed by the vietnamese savoury coconut pancakes (Banh Khot). Once you sit down, the locals literally don't need to look at the menu. They just order while pouring tea! It's a must try.
