Sabor in the Hunter Dessert Bar - Hunter Valley Special

Friendly service at 10pm - Checked! Sabor in the Hunter Dessert Bar is located in a quiet/mysterious location (at night anyway) but when you arrive and walk into the stunning dessert bar, you will fall in love with dessert all over again! 

Below is the Medley Tasting Plate: Opera slice, Tiramisu Pyramid , Strawberry mousse & mixed berry compote topped with Strawberry, Mini Lemon Curd meringue in a sweet pastry and a caramelised nut triangle. Oh my lord, it looked so amazing and unfortunately, we were too full to try the tasting plate :( 

So we decided to order the Salted Caramel & Chocolate Tart. 

In a sweet outer pastry we begin with a thin layer of salted caramel,topped with a chocolate mousse, dusting of chocolate powder and drizzled with caramel sauce.

Followed by two macarons; cookies and cream & ferrero rocher
