Loving Hut Vegan Restaurant | Cabramatta
Rated 94% on Urbanspoon, no wonder why it was so tasty! Loving Hut originated with the vision that all beings can live in peace, love and harmony with each other and in tune with the Earth. We visited their new store in Cabramatta for a quiet night out. I had the tomato soup (loved it however would've preferred more tofu).
Vegetarian - Pho
Bun Riel (tomato soup) - Full of flavour and had a reasonable amount of tomatoes in the soup. However, I would've liked more 'meat' tofu (hiding beneath the soup and vermicelli). Otherwise, lovely taste and generous servings of mushrooms.

Banh Xeo (you might remember my post about Que Hong. This looks like a giant yellow open gyoza (boy, it looks crunchy too).
I would stay away from the gow gee... it tasted mooshy, bland and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth.
