Spinach and ricotta cannelloni with pear, rocket and parmesan salad (with a generous dash of rich balsamic vinegar)

I could only finish 3/4 of the dish - my stomach gave up. It was definitely a tasty dish. 

 The salad worked well and made the dish well balanced (the pears were super sweet)

Fishermans/seafood basket.

The classic steak with chips. My mother likes her steak "well done" ... she is missing out on the amazing steaks that would literally melt..in..your..mouth!

Grilled chicken and chips with gravy.

I read somewhere that red is the most effective colour for restaurants because it makes you hungry.... interesting.
