We revisited Ippudo and ordered the same ramen (it was REALLY good) and Ippudo buns!!
Homemade lemon lime and bitters
Whoa, if you love something really strong with a huge bitter punch then this is the perfect drink for you. It was too strong for Christie but I loved it.
Camembert cheese dipped in batter and deep-fried
The dish itself was very bland (but that's camembert cheese for you) so I decided to pour soy sauce onto the cheese! The cheese itself was soft and creamy
(I spread some oooozy cheese onto my prawn ippudo bun)
Hakata style pan fried dumplings (5 pieces)
The filling was great, moist and perfect on the palate. It didn't need any dipping sauce at all (probably why it wasn't served with one)

IPPUDO original tonkotsu broth enhanced with special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. Served with thin noodles, pork belly, black mushroom and shallots. A refined, modern-style ramen cooked al-dente to our liking.
Freshen up with the warm hand towel.
And our bellies are once satisfied again with one of the best ramen in Sydney!
