Culture Bean Cafe | Kogarah

If you are looking for a rustic cozy cafe in Kogarah, Culture Bean is your one stop shop for brunch! It has everything you can think of for brunch from cold drinks, hot drinks, smoothies, acai bowls, your classic breakie dishes and Culture Bean's dishes like; the culture crumpets stack, culture burger, culture breakkie and more! We decided to order the crumpet stack, shakshuka and culture burger.

Culture Crumpets Stack

We ordered a the coconut milk yoghurt (CoYo), pistachio crumble and seasonal fruits crumpet stack and it was absolutely delicious. Light, airy and fluffy with the perfect amount of sweetness. It was enjoyable and a sweet breakfast dish you could finish. We would order this dish over and over again!

Shakshuka 

The Shakshuka with baked spanish eggs, chorizo, fresh spinach and marinated goats feta was quite slightly watery but full of flavour! It had the perfect amount of spice, tomato and feta and perfectly paired with two thin pieces of sourdough and pepe saya butter.

Culture Burger

The Culture Burger was really nice and had a nice chilli kick to it. The activated charcoal bun, buttermilk marinated chicken thigh, haloumi, wild rocket, vine ripened tomato, sun-dried tomato pesto, mayo & hollandaise was a unique and great combination.
