Cafe 0.6 | Alexandria

We popped by Cafe 0.6 in Alexandria for brunch and was excited to check out their out of space collection. The out of space collection had four planets to choose from i.e. Earth, Saturn, Mercury and Mars. We were tempted to order all four however, decided to order the Earth and a bloody chai (not part of the collection). The Earth is a sweet blue earl grey served with ice, milk and espresso. 

We had such a hard time deciding what to order from their weekend menu. The name of dishes were super creative and we decided to take a risk by ordering the Vader; a Black Devils Chicken served with their signature moffle (mochi waffle), pineapple butter and homemade ginger & chilli maple syrup and shredded chilli. We appreciated the creativity of this dish however the chicken had very little to no flavour and we felt like it needed a creamy sauce. We enjoyed the texture from the mochi waffle drizzled with their homemade syrup! The Horroscope is a deep fried bao with soft shell crab tempura - don't let these two little baos deceive you, they are extremely filling!
