What an amazing find! I thought the below was some sort of marble... then we were told that it's actually a salt slab! It's easy to maintain and long lasting - all you have to do is scrub off the fat and it's reusable. It might sound like hard work but it is definitely worth it as the flavour of the salt is cooked through the food (no need to salt :P )
We tried buffalo mozzarella with roasted garlic and black truffle salt. The black truffle salt was definitely a hit (so strong!) however the roasted garlic could have used more garlic (we love our garlic!).
I found the best toasted muesli from Aldi the other day - and after tasting the below granola... I shall second think my thought!
