Lab Kitchen | Marina Square, Wentworth Point

Lab Kitchen is located in Marina Square, Wentworth Point serving all day breakfast, healthy poke bowls, burgers, summer salads, sandwiches and delicious schnitzels. They also serve a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. We saw some of Lab Kitchen's popular dishes arrive at the table; we weren't able to sample most of the food so won't be commenting on the taste but we're definitely returning for their korean schnitzel.

They have specials most days of the week as well! Burger specials on Monday & Tuesday, Schnitzel specials on Wednesday & Thursday and Steak on Friday & Saturday!

I remember seeing the confit salmon bruschetta, korean schnitzel, prawn linguine, chicken karaage burger, pork katsu sando, korean street toast, miso salmon and many more arriving at the table. We couldn't work out the cuisine and realised, it's a fusion of everything - which makes it that much more exciting!
